June:
June 1st - Update Assessors Certification under the Directory tab in Gateway.
June 1st - DLS Notification of Proposed EQV's (equalized valuations) (even years only).
June 1st - DLS Notification of SOL (state owned land) values.
June 15th - DLS determines and certifies pipeline and telephone valuations.
June 20th - Last day to Commit Omitted/Revised Assessments to Collector.
June 30th - Due Date for submitting Omitted/Revised Assessment Form and LA13A in Gateway. Reminder: If there are no omitted & revised assessments, previously unassessed or permanently abated tax base levy growth to report the assessor must check the box stating this at the top of both forms.
June 30th - Overlay surplus closes to Surplus Revenue by act of Assessors or by request of CEO.
June 30th - Deadline for collecting new growth for Chapter 653 communities
July:
July 1st - Beginning of Fiscal Year 2027
July 1st - Qualification date for real estate exemptions. See January, fiscal month 7, for Personal Property Exemption Information.
July 15th - Deadline to appeal centrally valued pipeline & telephone values to ATB. (Appellate Tax Board)
